Fluoroquinolones Settlements and Verdicts

The Food and Drug Administration has ordered the manufacturers of fluoroquinolones antibiotics to place a black box warning label on their products after evidence showed that fluoroquinolones antibiotics were linked to tendonitis and tendon rupture. They are prescribed for a variety of bacterial infections including respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, ear infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, STDs, and skin infections.
